Director of Sales Growth Opportunity

Join our team as a Director of Sales Growth and take on a leadership role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.

Your responsibilities will include developing and executing strategic account plans to achieve sales targets, leading and managing a high-performing account management team, and fostering strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.

This is an excellent opportunity to work with a global SaaS vendor with a reputation for being a market leader, selling solutions into FTSE 100 & Fortune 1000 level clients.

  • Develop and implement account management strategies to drive new customer acquisition and expansion.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage account management teams.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in leading enterprise account management teams.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute a strategic account management process.
  • Strong grasp of sales processes and strategies.

Estimated Salary: £120,000 - £130,000 + £200,000+ OTE (uncapped)
