Director of Sales Excellence

We are looking for a Director of Sales Excellence to lead our sales operations function. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering sales excellence through strategic direction and process optimisation.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing sales strategies
- Analysing sales performance and identifying areas for improvement
- Implementing sales process changes to drive revenue growth
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales operations, preferably in MedTech/Pharma, with excellent leadership and communication skills.
