Sales Excellence Director

About the Role:

The Green Recruitment Company is currently seeking an experienced Sales Excellence Director to join our team. As a key member of our Cleantech business, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and excellence in our company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as Bid & Sales Specialist: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to secure deals with target customers.
  • Progress Qualified Sales Opportunities: Work closely with the management team to progress specific near-term qualified sales opportunities in our existing pipeline.
  • Understand Customer Needs: Understand the needs and requirements of prospective and existing customers from a commercial point of view.
  • Contracting and Growth: Work with our legal specialist to contract with successful customer opportunities in a manner that enables future growth/up-sell opportunities.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of working experience in Cleantech markets.
  • Experienced 'deal closer' - ideally in a Software Solutions environment.
  • Versatile, forward-thinking, solution-driven commercial professional.
