About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Director of Sales and Growth to lead our sales efforts in the UK. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for developing sales strategies, positioning the company as a top player in the creative production landscape, and elevating its reputation through award-winning work.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Sales Leadership & Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive overall sales growth, oversee internal sales database systems and processes, and collaborate with the JOJX Sales EP and Agile EP to set annual sales projections.
  • Client & Market Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with key agencies, brands, and platforms, providing insight into talent standing, competitors, demand, and new market opportunities, and creating strategies for positioning JOJX and its directors targeting relevant brands and agencies.
  • Director & Talent Development: Maintain consistent communication with all directors to ensure engagement and alignment with ongoing projects, actively contribute to the growth of directors, focusing on unsigned and emerging talent, and identify creative growth opportunities for directors within JOJX and in the broader industry.

Requirements:

  • Relevant sales experience in the industry.
  • Ability to develop sales strategies and drive business growth.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Estimated Salary: £85,000 - £105,000 per annum based on experience and qualifications.
