Regional Sales Director Job Summary

We are seeking an accomplished sales leader to drive business growth in the UK & Ireland regions.

As Regional Sales Director, you will develop and execute strategies to expand market share, foster strong relationships with customers, consultants, and partners, and lead change initiatives to adapt to evolving market conditions.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop a territory strategy to increase Genetec's business in assigned markets, focusing on Security Center SaaS.
  • Manage a regional team of high performers to achieve revenue and quality targets.
  • Provide daily leadership, guidance, and support to team members.
  • Pursue new business opportunities in assigned territory, engaging directly with end users, systems integrators, and governmental authorities.
  • Guide sales team members in establishing contacts and positioning Genetec in their respective territories.
Qualifications:
  • At least 10 years of experience in sales or management within the Physical Security and/or Software industry.
  • Able to establish strong relationships and credibility with customers, integrators, and consultants.
  • Strong leadership and technical skills, with local C-level contacts.
  • Fluent in English, with additional European language proficiency an asset.

Annual Salary: $160,000 - $230,000
