Director of Sales and Growth

We are looking for a motivated Director of Sales and Growth to join Harrison Scott Associates. This exciting opportunity involves developing new sales strategies and identifying business opportunities across multiple channels.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of sales and business development, with a strong track record in driving revenue growth. Experience in sales of retail POS, permanent displays, packaging, creative design, AV, and digital marketing would be advantageous.
This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as you will be working closely with various stakeholders to develop and execute sales strategies. You will also be responsible for representing the agency externally, creating brand awareness through networking and industry events.
Estimated salary for this role is £65,000 - £85,000 per annum (dependent on experience). Key responsibilities include forecasting revenue, growth, margins, and profit plans, as well as delivering against them.
