Sales and Growth Director

Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Growth Director to join our team at Live Recruitment. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving new business growth and identifying opportunities to expand our client base.
About the Role
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the event industry and strong networking skills. You will be a natural at consultative selling and have a proven track record in business development or sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively seek out and build relationships with prospective clients through networking, cold calling, attending industry events, and social media outreach.
- Identify target clients, secure face-to-face sales meetings, and ensure an RFP is generated.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored event solutions that meet client objectives and budgets.
- Lead the preparation of high-quality proposals, pitch decks, and presentations that reflect the agency's capabilities and understanding of client needs.

What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
