Sales Director for Organic Growth

Evergreen Services Group is seeking a highly skilled Sales Director to lead the growth of one of its operating companies, The Final Step, based in London.
The ideal candidate will have experience in Managed Service Provider sales and be able to develop and execute a strategy to drive new logo sales growth. This role requires a player-coach who can leverage their network and sales skills to hunt and close deals while building out a sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Professionalize the sales function: Develop a structured approach to sales, including tooling, compensation plans, and metrics.
- Lead cross-functional growth campaigns: Collaborate with marketing, account management, and operations teams to drive new business growth.
- Formulate overall business strategy: Work closely with the CEO to develop and execute a comprehensive business plan.
Requirements:
- Experience: Proven track record in Managed Service Provider sales, preferably in the London market.
- Leadership skills: Ability to build and manage a high-performing sales team.
- Business acumen: Strong understanding of the technology industry and ability to develop effective strategies.
What We Offer:
- Competitive salary: £80,000 - £100,000 per annum, depending on experience.
