About the Role

We are seeking a talented Sales Leader to drive sustainable organic growth in our organization. As Head of Growth and Sales Strategy, you will be responsible for professionalizing our sales function, building a sales team, and running cross-functional growth campaigns.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Professionalize the sales function by building a structure, sales process, tooling, comp plans, BDR teams, marketing, metrics, and playbooks.

• Leverage your network and sales skills to hunt and close deals as a player, while building out a sales team that you will manage.

• Run cross-functional growth campaigns to drive new logo sales growth, working closely with sales, account management, marketing, and operations teams.

• Serve as a business partner to the CEO, formulating overall business strategy and executing.
