Job Description

We're seeking an accomplished sales leader to join our team and drive sales excellence at Beams. This individual will be responsible for building a high-performing sales team that consistently meets and exceeds targets, aligned with our strategic growth plans.

Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute a sales strategy that drives revenue growth and expands our sales channels.
  2. Lead a high-performing sales team, setting clear goals, objectives, and performance metrics, and providing regular coaching and feedback.
  3. Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, and develop actionable recommendations to enhance sales performance.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and operations, to optimize lead generation, conversion rates, and overall sales efficiency.
  5. Implement processes and systems to streamline sales activities, ensuring seamless handovers of projects and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  6. Partner with the COO to drive growth initiatives, including channel expansion, proposition development, sales resource planning, pricing, and efficiency improvements.

Requirements

  1. A minimum of 5 years' experience as a sales leader in a tech-enabled business, with a proven track record of scaling sales teams.
  2. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and make informed business decisions.
  3. Demonstrated expertise in building high-performing sales cultures that drive results and exceed targets.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and coach sales professionals.
  5. Able to navigate complex business environments and implement effective solutions at scale.

Salary and Benefits
