Sales Director for Growth

Sales Director for Growth is responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive growth strategy to drive revenue expansion.
Key Responsibilities
• Prospecting: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels, including search engines, LinkedIn, and other web tools.
• Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with existing and potential customers to drive growth and retention.
• Strategic Development: Collaborate with stakeholders to develop tailored strategies for each account, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Requirements
• Strong academic background – graduate preferred.
• Experience in performance marketing/affiliate marketing or similar fields is an advantage.
• Proven sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of success in new business development environments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Commercially minded, with a strategic thinker's approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to influence those outside direct control for positive results and manage conflict in a constructive manner.
What We Offer
• Competitive salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
