Director of Sales Growth

We are looking for a seasoned sales professional to join our team as a Chief Delegate Revenue Director. This is an exciting opportunity to take on a new challenge and drive business growth through innovative sales strategies and partnerships.
The successful candidate will have a strong track record of achievement in delegate sales, with a minimum of 3 years of experience and 1-2 years in a leadership role. They will be a natural leader, able to inspire and motivate their team to deliver exceptional results.
This role reports directly to the Sales Director and involves:
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth.
- Mentoring and coaching team members to deliver exceptional results.
- Working closely with marketing, product, and operational teams to align on strategies and leverage market insights.
What We're Looking For:
- A commercially astute individual with strong negotiation and persuasion skills.

Salary and Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary of £75,000 - £85,000 per annum, plus a comprehensive benefits package including:
