Billing and Invoicing Specialist

**Job Summary:** We are seeking a skilled Billing and Invoicing Specialist to join our team at Rentokil Initial. As an Accounts Administrator, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of billing, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing, and assisting with management reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
- Raise accurate and timely invoices using the contract billing sheet on a monthly basis.
- Manage contract billing sheets, process changes for new contracts, contract amendments, and terminations.
- Check new purchase orders for accuracy and follow up on variances to existing contracts.
- Process job revenue invoicing instructions, maintain records for timely billing, and send invoices as per requirements.
- Interact with CRM systems and other internal job management systems.
- Support credit control with queries in a timely manner.
- Support sales teams with billing queries for existing clients.
- Communicate with customers via phone and email to resolve queries.
Requirements:
- Attention to detail.
- A minimum of 2 years of finance experience.
- Strong IT skills.
- Confidence with Excel.
- Experience with Xero or other account packages.
- Good written and verbal skills.
