Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Financial Operations Assistant to join our team at Rentokil Initial. As a Financial Operations Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting with billing operations, raising accurate and timely invoices, and supporting management reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Raise accurate and timely invoices using the contract billing sheet on a monthly basis.
  • Manage contract billing sheets for new contracts, amendments, and terminations.
  • Process job revenue invoicing instructions and maintain records for timely billing.
  • Interact with CRM and internal job management systems.
  • Support credit control and sales teams with billing queries.
  • Communicate with customers via phone and email to resolve queries.
  • Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks.

Requirements:
  • 2 years of finance experience
  • Strong IT skills
  • Excel proficiency
  • Xero or other accounting software experience
  • Good written and verbal skills
