Financial Operations Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
- Raise accurate and timely invoices using the contract billing sheet on a monthly basis.
- Manage contract billing sheets for new contracts, amendments, and terminations.
- Process job revenue invoicing instructions and maintain records for timely billing.
- Interact with CRM and internal job management systems.
- Support credit control and sales teams with billing queries.
- Communicate with customers via phone and email to resolve queries.
- Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks.
Requirements:
- 2 years of finance experience
- Strong IT skills
- Excel proficiency
- Xero or other accounting software experience
- Good written and verbal skills
