Finance and Sales Ledger Coordinator

As a key member of our finance team, you will play a crucial role in assisting with billing, invoicing, and financial reporting. Your tasks will involve:
- Issuing accurate and timely invoices based on contract billing sheets.
- Maintaining and updating contract billing sheets as needed.
- Verifying the accuracy of new purchase orders and addressing any discrepancies.
- Processing job revenue invoicing instructions and keeping relevant records.
- Engaging with CRM systems and internal job management tools.
- Supporting credit control and sales teams with billing queries and customer communication.
Requirements:
- Experience in finance roles, particularly in billing and credit control.
- Highly developed IT skills, including expertise in Excel and familiarity with Xero or similar accounting software.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Able to thrive in a dynamic work environment.
