Contract Ledger Administration Professional

We are seeking a Contract Ledger Administration Professional to join our team at Rentokil Initial plc. This is a part-time assistant position that requires a minimum of 2 years' finance experience. The ideal candidate will have strong IT skills, confidence with Excel, and experience working with Xero or other accounts packages.
Your Key Responsibilities:
As a Contract Ledger Administration Professional, you will be responsible for managing contract billing sheets, processing changes for new contracts, contract amendments, and terminations. You will check new purchase orders to ensure they are accurate and follow up if there are any variances to existing contracts. You will interact with CRM system and other internal job management systems. You will support credit control team with any queries in a timely manner and support sales team with billing queries with existing clients. You will communicate with customers via phone and email to resolve queries. You will assist with compiling management information on the allocated region sales and carry ad-hoc admin tasks as required.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need attention to detail, a minimum of 2 years' finance experience, strong IT skills, confidence with Excel, experience working with Xero or other accounts packages, and good written and verbal skills.
Estimated Salary: £22,000 - £25,000 per annum
