About the Role

CV Library is seeking a skilled Contract Administration Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing project budgets, overseeing payments, and ensuring all projects meet the required standards.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in contract reporting, with excellent communication and negotiation skills. They will be highly competent in Microsoft Office and able to process information accurately and logically.

We offer a competitive salary, ranging from £50,000 to £70,000 depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package including 33 days holiday, professional development initiatives, and more.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Budget Management: Ensure all projects and sub-contracts are aligned with programme budgets and tendered costs.
  2. Risk Assessment: Identify and assess commercial risks, implementing strategies to mitigate them.
  3. Budget Oversight: Manage budgets, oversee payments, and ensure projects meet the required standards.
  4. Data Analysis: Provide weekly and monthly data to meet KPIs, monitoring trends and informing business decisions.
  5. Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to achieve project objectives, aligning with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  1. Experience: At least 2 years' experience in contract reporting.
  2. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  3. Negotiation Skills: Good negotiating and influencing skills to command respect at all levels.
  4. Microsoft Office: Highly competent in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  5. Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve project objectives.
