Job Title: Financial Administrator

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Administrator to join our team at Investigo Limited. As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will be responsible for verifying and processing invoices on the P2P system, ensuring timely payment of invoices within agreed terms.

About You:

  • You will have excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
  • You will possess strong organizational skills and be an intermediate Excel user.
  • You will be open and approachable, with excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Verifying and processing invoices on P2P
  2. Processing company credit card expenses
  3. Implementing cashflow requirements as directed by Financial Controllers and Directors
  4. Reviewing new supplier details for completeness and adherence to Company and Group guidelines
  5. Maintaining good working relationships with suppliers and buyers
  6. Purchase ledger account reconciliations on multiple ledgers
  7. Updating supplier bank details for BACs payment information
  8. Maintaining Asset register invoice copies
  9. Providing training and support for stakeholders on the use of P2P
  10. Assisting with employee expenses and maintaining adequate controls
  11. Performing ad hoc reporting and analysis as required

Salary: £175 per day
