We are recruiting for an Administrative Support Specialist - IFA to work in our National Financial Planning practice based in Henley-on-Thames.

Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum

Job Overview:

The successful candidate will support our Financial Planners in providing high-quality advice to clients.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Client meeting preparation and information collation.
  • Preparation and mailing of valuations.
  • Product research and information gathering assistance.
  • Illustrations procurement from Assureweb and product providers.
  • New business application processing and compliance checking.
  • Existing business query resolution.
  • Client review pack production for Financial Planners.
  • Intelliflo (IO) client file maintenance.
  • Effective filing and communication system organisation.
  • Post management and general office administration.
  • Professional and courteous client interaction management.
  • Supporting documentation maintenance according to company procedures.
Requirements:

Candidates should have:

  • FPC qualification or equivalent.
  • A level or equivalent education standard.
  • Experience working with Financial Advisors or comparable.
  • Compliance knowledge as detailed in the firm's manual and procedures.
  • Strong customer services skills.
  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
