About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care and Support Specialist to join our team at McCarthy Stone's prestigious Albert Court development in Henley-on-Thames, Oxfordshire.

As a key member of our support team, you will provide exceptional care and support services to our residents, enabling them to live independently and maintain their quality of life. You will work closely with colleagues to deliver housekeeping and domestic support across the general estate, including apartment cleans, assist with transportation arrangements, help with shopping, and provide companionship and social interaction.

The ideal candidate will have a warm and friendly demeanor, with experience working in a care or support environment. You will be driven to deliver excellent customer service, passionate about making a positive difference to the lives of older adults, and possess a QCF Health and Social Care (Adults) Level 2 qualification or equivalent. We offer a competitive salary of £13.20 per hour, plus up to an additional £1.30 for evening and weekend hours, and a range of benefits including 24 days annual leave, pension plan, life assurance, and employee assistance helpline.
