Care Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Care Support Specialist to join our team at Completely Care. As a valued member of our staff, you will play a vital role in empowering young people with learning disabilities to live life to the fullest.
In this rewarding position, you will provide support and care to individuals with varying needs, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social well-being. Your duties will include:
- Providing personal care and assisting with daily living tasks
- Encouraging independence and promoting choices in line with the Mental Capacity Act requirements
- SUPPORTING PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES TO THE HIGHEST STANDARD AND IN LINE WITH THEIR SUPPORT PLAN, CULTURAL NEEDS AND WISHES
You will work collaboratively with colleagues, families, and external organizations to ensure a seamless support system. A strong focus on health, safety, and well-being is essential in this role.
To succeed in this position, you will have previous experience supporting people with learning disabilities and an NVQ in Health & Social Care would be advantageous.
Salary: £25,500 per annum
