Support Professional Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated Support Professional for Young Adults to join our team at Completely Care. As a valuable member of our staff, you will play a significant role in empowering young people with learning disabilities to reach their full potential.

Your duties will include:

  • Providing individualized support and care to meet the unique needs of each person
  • Encouraging independence and promoting choices in line with the Mental Capacity Act requirements
  • Collaborating with colleagues, families, and external organizations to ensure a cohesive support system

You will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of young people and contribute to a supportive team environment.

Annual Salary: £25,500
