About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Care Support Worker to join our team at Prestige Nursing.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who wish to make a difference in the lives of others by providing personalized care and support services to clients in their homes or communities.

The successful candidate will work closely with a diverse group of clients, delivering high-quality care services that cater to their unique needs and preferences.

Salary: £12.70 - £19.05 per hour (weekly pay)

Contract Options: Flexible contracts available, including zero-hours or 16hrs, 24hrs, or 30hrs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing care and support to clients with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Preparing meals and snacks according to client needs and preferences
  • Accompanying clients on outings and activities to promote social interaction and engagement
  • Offering emotional support and companionship to clients
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Compassion, empathy, and patience when interacting with clients
  • Basic knowledge of care principles and practices
