About the Role:


At Home Instead, we are seeking caring and compassionate individuals to join our team as Care Assistants. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting elderly clients in their own homes, providing companionship, personal care, and help with daily tasks.


Responsibilities:



  • Companionship and social interaction with clients
  • Assisting with personal care, such as bathing and dressing
  • Helping with mobility and movement around the home
  • Overseeing medication and providing medical support
  • Assisting with housework, including cleaning and vacuuming
  • Preparing and cooking meals
  • Running errands, such as food shopping or picking up prescriptions

Qualifications and Requirements:



  • Valid UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Compassion, empathy, and a caring attitude

  • Competitive rates of pay (£12.50 to £14.00 per hour)
