Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Learning Disability Care Worker to join our team at Completely Care. As a key member of our staff, you will play a crucial role in providing support and care to young people with learning disabilities.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with daily living tasks and providing personal care
  • Encouraging independence and promoting choices in line with the Mental Capacity Act requirements
  • Empowering individuals to engage in everyday, social, leisure, and work activities according to their choice

You will work closely with colleagues, families, and external organizations to ensure a comprehensive support system.

To be successful in this role, you will have previous experience supporting people with learning disabilities and an NVQ in Health & Social Care would be advantageous.

Estimated Salary: £25,500 per annum
