About the Role
This multifaceted position involves providing comprehensive administrative, analytical, operational, and personal support across the family's business and personal affairs. As a key member of the team, you will work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the seamless management of the family's activities and interests.

Main Responsibilities
* Provide comprehensive administrative support, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and expense tracking.* Analyze complex data, identify trends, and make informed recommendations.* Develop and maintain accurate records, including contact information, financial data, and document filing systems.* Prepare and review documents, including reports, memos, and presentations.* Coordinate business and social events, ensuring seamless execution and timely completion.* Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.* Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve shared goals and objectives.* Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant tools to enhance productivity and efficiency.* Possess a strong understanding of confidentiality, discretion, and integrity.* Minimum 2-5 years of experience in a professional, office-based environment.
