We have an exciting opportunity for a seasoned High-Level Support Specialist to join our tight-knit team supporting two UHNW Principals across all aspects of their business and personal lives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate complex diaries across multiple international time zones and businesses
  • Frequently arrange travel arrangements, both domestically and internationally
  • Develop and maintain relationships with third-party stakeholders and clients
  • Involvement in various ongoing projects
  • Prepare and summarise reports for the Principals
  • C Coordinate household and domestic staff management
  • Handle invoices and payments with precision

Requirements:

  • A minimum of several years of experience providing high-level support to UHNW or high-profile individuals
  • Experience as an EA, Head of Family Office, or Film Producer
  • Local residence in Henley-on-Thames or within a commutable distance
  • Highly professional, well-presented, and polished demeanor
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Team player with a positive can-do attitude
  • Reliable, honest, and trustworthy
  • Service-oriented, loyal, and a go-getter

This role is based out of the principal's home office near Henley-on-Thames, and the successful candidate will be required to be on-site Monday to Friday, 10am-6pm. There will be an element of flexibility out of hours, particularly when the Principals are travelling.

The estimated salary for this position is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
