Oriel Partners Limited is delighted to offer an exciting opportunity for a High-Net-Worth Executive Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will provide exceptional support to two high-net-worth principals across all aspects of their business and personal lives.

Job Summary

  • Complex diary coordination across multiple international time zones and businesses
  • Frequent and often last-minute travel arrangements
  • Developing and maintaining contact with several third-party stakeholders and clients
  • Involvement in a variety of on-going projects
  • Coordinating with multiple offices
  • Drafting and summarizing reports
  • Coordination of multiple households and domestic staff
  • Handling invoices and payments

Requirements

A minimum of multiple years of experience providing high-level support to a high-profile individual or family office. Experience as an EA, Head of Family Office, or Film Producer. Highly professional, well-presented, and polished. Meticulous attention to detail. Team player with a positive can-do attitude. Reliable, honest, and trustworthy. Service-oriented, loyal, and a go-getter. The role is based out of the principal's home office near Henley-on-Thames, requiring on-site presence Monday to Friday, 10am-6pm, with some flexibility outside of hours when the principals are traveling.

The estimated salary for this role is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
