About the Role

Oriel Partners Limited is seeking an experienced Executive Coordinator to join our team and provide high-level support to two private families.

The successful candidate will have excellent organizational skills, be highly professional and well-presented, and have a meticulous attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinating complex diaries across multiple international time zones and businesses
  • Travel arrangements and coordinating with multiple offices
  • Drafting and summarizing reports

Estimated salary: £50,000 - £65,000 per annum.

The ideal candidate will be required to work on-site Monday to Friday, 10am-6pm at the principal's home office near Henley-on-Thames.

Requirements:
  • Multiple years of experience working in a similar capacity
  • Experience with household management and coordination of domestic staff
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
