Learning Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Learning Support Specialist to provide high-quality cover supervision in our primary school. As a key member of the teaching team, you will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons and maintaining a positive learning environment for children aged 4-11.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with teachers and other staff members. You will also have a strong understanding of child development and be able to adapt your approach to meet the needs of individual pupils.
This is a part-time role, requiring approximately 38 weeks of service per year. The successful candidate will be expected to work flexibly, including occasional evenings and weekends, to support school events and activities.
We offer a competitive salary range of £16,165 to £16,422 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including pension scheme and professional development opportunities.
