Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Pedagogy Specialist to join our team at Wayman Learning Trust. As a Pedagogy Specialist, you will play a key role in shaping the educational experience of our students. You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective teaching strategies, providing individualised support to students, and maintaining accurate records of students' achievements and behaviour.

Requirements:
  1. A Bachelors degree in Education with a focus on Early Years Foundation Stage (Nursery) or equivalent
  2. Indepth knowledge and understanding of the Nursery curriculum and assessment frameworks
  3. Ability to create a positive and engaging learning environment for young children
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
  5. Strong organisational and timemanagement skills with the ability to effectively plan and deliver lessons
Salary: £32,000 - £40,000 per annum
