Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Inclusion Manager to join our team and drive the development of strategic pastoral support in school. As an Inclusion Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing inclusive strategies, managing a caseload of complex cases, and building strong relationships with students, parents, and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement inclusive strategies that promote student engagement and academic achievement
  • Manage a caseload of complex cases and provide targeted support to students
  • Build strong relationships with students, parents, and staff to ensure effective communication and collaboration

Requirements: To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role, along with a relevant degree and postgraduate qualification. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as is a deep understanding of educational psychology and pedagogy.

Estimated Salary: £50,000 - £65,000 per annum
