Job Description: We are seeking dedicated individuals to work as Teaching Assistants and Learning Support Assistants in local primary and secondary schools.

Salary: Our competitive salary offers a range of £20,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 6 weeks' classroom experience is required for this role.
  • Knowledge of Special Educational Needs (SEN) is advantageous.
  • Experience working in small groups is also beneficial.

Responsibilities:

  • You will be expected to be professional, punctual, and committed to improving the lives of young people.
  • Supporting pupils' academic attainment with mainstream, SEND, or Teaching Assistant experience.
  • Being resilient and motivated with a positive attitude.
  • Having an enhanced DBS on the update service or being willing to undertake a new disclosure.
