We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administration and Logistics Specialist to join our team at Recruitment Revolution. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for coordinating the logistics of high-end interior design projects from start to finish.

This role involves working closely with the design team, ordering project materials, coordinating deliveries, and communicating with suppliers. You will be responsible for ensuring that all projects are completed on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:

  • Working closely with the design team on project coordination and logistics
  • Ordering project materials, including furniture, fabrics, equipment, and soft furnishings
  • Coordinating deliveries and managing install schedules
  • Communicating with suppliers and clients
  • Handling paperwork for import and export operations
  • Completing quality checks for deliveries
  • Organising sample libraries and rep visits

We offer a competitive salary of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience, and a range of benefits including health insurance and a generous pension plan.
