Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior IFA Administrator to join our team in Henley-on-Thames.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will provide exceptional administrative support to our Financial Planners, ensuring the delivery of an outstanding service to clients. This role involves preparing client meeting materials, valuations, and mailings, as well as assisting with product research and information gathering.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client meeting preparation, including issuing letters of authority and collating information for Financial Planners/Paraplanners
  • Preparing valuations and mailings
  • Assisting in product research and information gathering
  • Obtaining illustrations from Assureweb and product providers
  • Processing new business applications, checking all compliance aspects, and chasing them through to completion
  • Dealing with existing business queries
  • Producing client review packs for Financial Planners
  • Maintaining client files on Intelliflo (IO), including collating quantitative detailed information and ensuring relevant paperwork is present
  • Organizing and maintaining effective filing and communication systems in the office
  • General office administration, including opening, distributing, and logging post
Requirements:
  • FPC qualified or equivalent
  • Educated to at least A level or equivalent standard
  • Maths and English GCSE or equivalent at Grade B or above preferred
  • Significant experience working with a Financial Advisor or comparable
  • Understanding of providing advice to clients in a compliant manner
  • Strong customer services skills
  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of Intelliflo (IO) or similar client database system advantageous
Compensation and Benefits

Estimated salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
