Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Invoice Coordinator to join our team at Rentokil Initial. As an Invoice Coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting with billing operations, raising accurate and timely invoices, and supporting management reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Raise accurate and timely invoices using the contract billing sheet on a monthly basis.
  • Manage contract billing sheets for new contracts, amendments, and terminations.
  • Process job revenue invoicing instructions and maintain records for timely billing.
  • Interact with CRM and internal job management systems.
  • Support credit control and sales teams with billing queries.
  • Communicate with customers via phone and email to resolve queries.
  • Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks.

Requirements:
  • 2 years of finance experience
  • Strong IT skills
  • Excel proficiency
  • Xero or other accounting software experience
  • Good written and verbal skills
