We're looking for a driven and enthusiastic Customer Service Coordinator to join the Wax Lyrical team. If you're passionate about our purpose and values, and you're excited to contribute to a positive customer experience, this role might be perfect for you._**

**Purpose of Role**:
As a Customer Service Coordinator, your role will be pivotal in ensuring exceptional customer service. You'll process orders and documentation accurately and promptly while also building strong relationships with our customers. Your efforts will create a seamless link between Wax Lyrical and our valued customers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Process customer orders and invoices promptly and accurately.
- Manage stock forecasting and purchase orders for specific customers to optimize sales and inventory.
- Serve as a link between customers, Direct Sales Managers, and relevant departments during a product's lifecycle.
- Analyze and report on sales data for informed decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with customer product sealing procedures.
- Investigate and resolve claims and issues related to lost or missing products.
- Complete necessary documentation, including customer new line forms and listings.
- Collaborate across departments to meet and exceed customer expectations.
- Participate in customer meetings when necessary.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement to enhance sales and customer service.
- Embrace and uphold Wax Lyrical's values, policies, procedures, and objectives.
