Billing Process Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Accounts Officer to join our team at Rentokil Pest Control South Africa. The estimated annual salary for this position is R450,000. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining accurate billing processes for our national landscape business.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Raising accurate and timely invoices using contract billing sheets to ensure seamless financial operations.
- Processing contract amendments, terminations, and new purchase orders efficiently to minimize disruptions.
- Interacting with CRM and internal job management systems to optimize workflows.
To excel in this role, you will need:
- 2+ years of finance experience, preferably in a similar industry.
- A strong understanding of IT skills and Excel confidence to handle complex data analysis.
- Experience with Xero or similar accounting packages to manage financial transactions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
