Contract Revenue Coordinator

The Contract Revenue Coordinator role at Rentokil Initial involves managing all aspects of billing, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing. This role requires a strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities include managing contract billing sheets, processing changes for new contracts, contract amendments, and terminations. You will also check new purchase orders for accuracy and follow up on variances to existing contracts.
In addition to these responsibilities, you will raise accurate and timely invoices using the contract billing sheet on a monthly basis. You will process job revenue invoicing instructions, maintain records for timely billing, and send invoices as per requirements.
We require a minimum of 2 years of finance experience, experience with Xero or other account packages, and confidence with Excel. Strong IT skills are essential for this role, which comes with a competitive salary of £50,000 - £65,000 per annum.
