Sales and Billing Support Role

We are a leading national company providing landscape services across the UK. Our team is committed to reducing our environmental impact by planting trees and supporting climate crisis projects.


As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for assisting with billing, invoicing, and financial reporting in a fast-paced office environment. Your duties will include:

  • Raising accurate and timely invoices using the contract billing sheet on a monthly basis.
  • Managing contract billing sheets and processing changes for new contracts, contract amendments, and terminations.
  • Checking new purchase orders for accuracy and following up on any variances to existing contracts.
  • Processing job revenue invoicing instructions, maintaining records, and sending invoices as required.
  • Interacting with CRM systems and other internal job management systems.
  • Supporting credit control and sales teams with billing queries and customer communication.


Requirements:

  • 2+ years of finance experience and strong IT skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel and experience with Xero or other accounting software.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Flexibility and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
