**About the role**

As the QSE Compliance Administrator, you will provide administration support to the James Fisher, ensuring that all documents and records are controlled and maintained in accordance with the Safety Management System. You will also provide quality checks for all certification and documents received from third-party organisations ensuring documents are accurate.

As QSE Compliance Administrator, you key responsibilities will include:

- Provide support in the maintenance of fleet documentation
- Assist in the introduction of a new vessel to the SMS system
- Administering and supporting the AMOS system - upload and population
- Correct handling of vessel certificates, documentation and communication
- Record and distribute ships mail
- Develop excellent relationships with Ship Manager, Master and Fleet vessels
- Liaise with external parties and customers
- Co-ordinate QSE events
- Minute taking from company meetings
**Experience, Skills and Qualifications**
- Computer Literacy and good understanding of Microsoft packages such as excel, Word and Outlook
- Previous experience in an administrative role
- Experience in document control
- Strong communication and organisation skills
- Experience in using Adobe and Power BI
- Able to work alone and as part of a team
