Cooperative Learning Coordinator

We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Training Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating training events, managing logistics, and providing exceptional support to participants. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a government client and gain valuable experience in training coordination.
Job Details:
- Salary: £24 per hour (inside IR35)
- Contract duration: 6 months
- Working pattern: 4 days remote work and 1 day on-site in Calderbridge, Cumbria
- Reporting line: [Removed]
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and other events
- Manage event logistics, including venue selection, catering, and equipment rental
- Provide excellent customer service and support to participants and stakeholders
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop engaging training content
What You Need to Succeed:
- 2+ years of experience in training coordination or a related field
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and virtual meeting tools
