Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Front of House member to join our team. As Front of House Staff you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers as they enter the clubhouse and assist with any inquiries
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system
- Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions to provide accurate information to customers
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain a clean and organised serving area
- Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and monitoring product availability
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations at the front end of the clubhouse
- Follow all food safety guidelines and procedures when handling food products

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in hospitality, catering, or food preparation is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues in a positive manner
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Detail-oriented with good organisational skills
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions
- Knowledge of restaurant or retail operations is a plus
