Job Overview:
A high-profile opportunity has arisen for a seasoned Financial Compliance Specialist to join IRIS Software Group. Based in the North West of England, this is a chance to leverage your expertise in Accounts Receivable, revenue processes, CRM, and transactional finance systems to drive business growth.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in auditing and process improvement, with a strong grasp of financial regulations and compliance standards. As a key member of our Billing Operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial data. This is a 5-day/week position based in Wigan, UK.

About the Role:
As a Financial Compliance Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing quality control audit plans to enhance billing precision. You will also evaluate and improve processes, identify areas for optimisation, and upskill and support the team. Additionally, you will drive results by defining and tracking KPIs, ensuring targets are met and corrective actions are taken where needed.

Key Requirements:
We are looking for an individual with sharp attention to detail and proficiency with numbers, as well as excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate should have initiative, teamwork, customer focus, problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to process improvement and achieving goals. A competitive salary including quarterly commission scheme and bonus scheme is on offer.
