Invoicing and Client Liaison Specialist

A highly skilled Invoicing and Client Liaison Specialist is required to join our team in Henley-in-Arden. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for producing and managing client invoices, maintaining accurate records, and providing excellent customer service.

Duties of this role include:

  • Creating and sending invoices to clients
  • Monitoring and maintaining the accuracy of our invoicing system
  • Preparing and issuing client documents
  • Managing client queries and resolving any issues that may arise
  • Updating and maintaining client information
  • Communicating with clients to ensure timely payment
  • Performing various administrative tasks

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient individual with excellent communication and numerical skills, who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

This position comes with a salary of £23,000 to £25,000 per year.
