Community Liaison Officer

As a Community Liaison Officer, you will play a vital role in building strong relationships with our residents and their families, ensuring they receive the highest level of service and support.
About the RoleThis is a part-time position requiring 12.5 hours per week. You will be responsible for:
- Welcome visitors to the Estate office and ensure excellent service is provided.
- Manage lunch bookings and pass them on to the Catering Manager.
- Arrange Domestic Assistance Rotas with the Registered Estates Manager.
- Coordinate and distribute our newsletter monthly and update the bulletin board.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A caring and friendly personality who can make a difference for our residents.
- Previous experience in an administrative role or supporting customer service (full training will be provided).
- Excellent communication skills and experience using Microsoft Office.
- A hardworking, diligent nature, and a good timekeeper.
