About the Job

We have an exciting opportunity for a Support Services Coordinator to join our team at our Albert Court development in Henley on Thames.

  • Provide exceptional customer service to colleagues, residents, and other visitors.
  • Manage administrative tasks including responding to emails and phone calls, and preparing correspondence.
  • Support the Estates Manager with daily tasks and responsibilities.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high level of organisational and time management skills.
  • Previous experience in an administrative role or supporting customer service.
  • Excellent communication skills and experience using Microsoft Office.
  • A caring and friendly personality who can make a difference for our residents.
