Office Operations Coordinator

This role is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of our company by providing exceptional support and ensuring the smooth operation of our office environment.
You will be responsible for:
- To provide a warm welcome to visitors and colleagues, embodying the company's friendly and collaborative culture.
- To oversee all aspects of administration, secretarial, and office management tasks with precision and accuracy.
- To ensure timely delivery of end-of-month financial information and expenses reconciliation.
- To promote and maintain a professional office environment through collaborative efforts.
Requirements for this role include:
- A minimum of some experience in administration within a professional office setting.
- Demonstrated exceptional organisational skills with the ability to multitask, think critically, and work with pace and accuracy.
- A self-starting individual with a natural curiosity to learn and grow, capable of working independently.
- Natural communication skills with emotional intelligence when interacting with diverse individuals and clients.
This is a full-time opportunity with a hybrid setup requiring Mondays and Fridays in the office. The estimated salary for this role is £26,000 per annum, pro-rated based on working hours, with potential bonuses and an excellent pension scheme.
