Studio Operations Coordinator Role

A reputable global AJ100 architecture practice is seeking a highly organized and experienced Studio Coordinator to support their Oxford studio for a 1-year maternity contract.
This employee-owned practice excels in diverse and exciting projects across architecture, masterplanning, heritage, and interiors. The company culture values collaboration and offers a comprehensive benefits package, including hybrid working.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing operational support across the studio, ensuring efficient day-to-day activities. Key tasks include:
- Project coordination, facilities management, and office administration.
- Fee and resource management, project reviews, and software updates.
- Health & Safety and ISO standard compliance, office supply management.
- New employee induction and Health & Safety briefings.
- Business procedure implementation and maintenance.
- Supporting the technical team with travel arrangements, report printing, and drawing services.
- Booking rooms, hosting guests, and coordinating meetings.
- Receiving visitors, answering calls, and organizing employee events.
To succeed in this role, you must have:
- Prior experience as a Studio Coordinator or similar position.
- A flexible approach with excellent prioritization skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and effective written/spoken communication abilities.
- Demonstrated organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
Annual Salary: £50,500 - £60,500, dependent on location and experience.
