Job Summary:
We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our Oxford studio. As a key member of the team, you will provide administrative support to all levels of the office, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional customer service.

Main Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the technical team, including project coordination and document preparation
- Manage office supplies, facilities, and services, ensuring optimal efficiency and effectiveness
- Coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements, ensuring timely and smooth execution

Requirements:
- 1+ year of experience as an Administrator or equivalent
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
